BakLater helps you save and manage personal recommendations. You are responsible for the content you save and for complying with applicable laws and third-party service terms.
Service Availability
Local app features work without an account. BakLater may offer optional account sync or cloud backup when you sign in. Network metadata and streaming-availability features depend on third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Where to Watch
Provider links open third-party streaming services. Except for embedded promotional trailers described below, BakLater does not provide video playback, subscriptions, rentals, or purchases. Access depends on your location, the provider's current catalog, your provider account, and any applicable payment. Streaming availability is provided by Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night.
YouTube Trailers
BakLater may display trailers through the official embedded YouTube player on supported devices. By using YouTube playback in BakLater, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Trailer availability, advertising, playback, geographic restrictions, and removal are controlled by YouTube and the applicable video owner.
Your Data
You retain ownership of your saved recommendations and notes. BakLater may process them only to provide requested app features.
Friends and Family
Friends and Family is an optional invitation-only sharing feature. You control which individual records are shared, and new records are private by default. Only connect with people you know and trust. You may remove or block a connection at any time. Do not share content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or that infringes another person's rights. BakLater may review reports and restrict or remove accounts or shared content when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Acceptable Use
Do not use BakLater to store or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Changes
These terms may be updated as BakLater evolves. Material changes should be communicated in the app or on this website.
